The Oi Racecourse, also known as Tokyo City Keiba, is a horse-racing track conveniently located near the city center. It’s famous for its nighttime Twinkle Races, which are held mainly on weekday evenings. There’s a wide variety of dining options on the grounds, which during the winter off-season host the Tokyo Mega Illumi illumination event.
