The sprawling grounds of the suburban Setagaya Park feature a fountain plaza, sports facilities, children’s playgrounds, and a skateboarding area. A miniature train runs through the park on weekends and holidays, and events including flea markets take place on the grounds. The 1.1-kilometer-long jogging course circling the park is popular with serious runners and casual joggers alike.
