Summer Night @Tama Zoo 2026

Tama Zoological Park is hosting a special summer event for six days in August, during which the park will remain open until 8 P.M.—a three-hour extension of its regular hours. Special programs include “Nighttime Keeper Talks,” where zookeepers explain the nocturnal behaviors of the animals, and “Bat Watching,” where visitors can observe wild Japanese house bats in the darkened park, offering a chance to experience a different side of the zoo than during the day.
