Space Travelium TeNQ Space Brothers Exhibition 2026
The popular manga “Space Brothers,” which was first serialized in December 2007, will conclude with its next and 46th volume. Inspired by a famous quote from the series, this exhibition centers on the theme “Door to Dreams,” revisiting the story’s origins and beginnings to encourage visitors to take on new challenges. Alongside timelines and character quizzes, the exhibition features displays that go behind the scenes of the work, including a reproduction of creator Chuya Koyama’s studio, plus photogenic interactive zones. In fact, 2026 marks the very year the story begins: in “Space Brothers,” it’s the year when the older brother, Mutta, passes his astronaut selection exam and the younger brother, Hibito, becomes the first Japanese person to land on the moon.
