Rikugien Gardens Special Nighttime Viewing in Spring

A designated National Special Place of Scenic Beauty, Rikugien Gardens hosts its annual springtime illumination at the height of cherry blossom season, extending its opening hours in the evening. The illuminated views of features such as the Nakanoshima island, the Ginkatei Site, the Suikonoe pond, and the garden’s iconic weeping cherry tree are spectacular. The walls of the traditional storehouse in the garden serve as a canvas for a projection mapping display, and photo spots will be set up on the premises.
