Komazawa Olympic Park is hosting a ramen festival with booths serving Japanese noodles from different prefectures. Some are beloved classics, while others are emerging as “new local” ramen featuring regional ingredients. Be sure to try these rare, hard-to-find ramen varieties that are seldom available in Tokyo.
