This exhibition features the second installment of “The Scroll,” a series of large-scale works by ONE PIECE author Eiichiro Oda. Created by joining together sheets of Echizen washi paper adorned using the traditional collotype printing technique, the works include “One Hundred Views of the Great Pirates.” This collection of newly drawn illustrations features characters who ranked highly in the “ONE PIECE Global Character Popularity Poll” held to commemorate the 1,000th chapter of the manga’s serialization, and boast a texture that faithfully replicates the original artworks. First unveiled in Kyoto in 2025, the exhibition can now be seen at the Shueisha Manga-Art Heritage Tokyo Gallery at Azabudai Hills. Blending traditional Japanese techniques with popular culture, the art print exhibition is a must-see—and not only for fans of ONE PIECE.
