Hibiya Art Park 2026
Set against the backdrop of the 120-year-old Hibiya Park, “Hibiya Art Park 2026” sees art blended with flowers and light. Held as part of the “Flowers and Light Movement” promoted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the event takes place under the theme of “Timeless Phenomena.” Under the direction of architect Yuko Nagayama, three artists active in the contemporary art scene will exhibit works that engage with the park’s environment and history. One of the highlights is a vibrant nighttime illumination—visitors can explore the art within a fantastical space woven from flowers and light. It’s an opportunity to partake in a special art experience that lets you forget the hustle and bustle of daily life in a beloved urban oasis.
