The Tokyo Metropolitan Government(TMG) is working in collaboration with businesses in Tokyo Waterfront City(Rinkai Fukutoshin area) to create a vibrant urban environment where visitors can explore and enjoy the area both day and night. As part of this initiative, the TMG will be holding the spring event “Floral Festa” for approximately two months from April to May 2026. This event offers visitors to enjoy the entire Tokyo Waterfront City, featuring vibrant seasonal flowers, plant- and light-inspired art installations, and a stamp rally.
