agnès b. on aime le graff!!
Since founding her brand and opening its first Paris store in 1976, agnès b. has kept a close eye on the city. In 1984, the French designer was among the first in her profession to provide artists with a venue for exhibitions, and she has continued to support street artists for half a century. This exhibition highlights agnès b.’s deep respect for street art and her pioneering vision, presenting a collection of rare works that have shaped the history of graffiti, drawn from the vast collection she has built up over many years. More than 20 artists are featured, including FUTURA2000, Craig Costello (KR), Hiraku Suzuki, and Dennis Hopper. Furthermore, through a diverse array of displays—including previously unseen materials—such as an archive of iconic T-shirts created in collaboration with artists from several eras, the exhibition traces a path where fashion and street art resonate with one another.
