Adachi Fireworks

This popular fireworks festival along the banks of the Arakawa River is back for another spectacle. Some 13,000 fireworks will be set off during the hour-long event, including awe-inspiring varieties like the Double Niagara, which are cascading pyrotechnics that mimic a waterfall; and the Starmine, a rapid-fire aerial display. The fireworks will be launched from the Senju side of the river, but the riverbank on the Nishi-Arai side is also spacious and makes a great viewing spot. If you’d like to enjoy the show in more comfort, consider purchasing a paid seat in advance.
